Vented Water Sensor MJK 7070D
The MJK Expert Transmitter 7070D is a vented water sensor designed for water level measurement in drinking and surface water systems. It is an ideal choice for environmental and water projects, particularly borehole monitoring.
Made with an AISI 316 stainless steel housing and diaphragm, the sensor has an in-built atmospheric pressure equalisation hose. Its onboard temperature meter ensures consistent performance across different environmental conditions, including boreholes.
The 7070D measures hydrostatic pressure with a piezo-resistive sensor and converts it into water level data. Both the measurement range and zero point are programmable between 0-3 metres and 0-300 metres.
The sensor operates on a low power consumption and has the capacity to run for several years without manual maintenance. As such, precise and reliable readings can be available for the duration of a project.
Utilising network communication and an RS485 signal, the 7070D easily integrates with most modern monitoring systems, including the YDoc ML-417.
